How does your price–match guarantee work?

If you find a lower price anywhere else on an in stock, new, identical item, just indicate the website URL, price, and/or coupon code in the comments section at check out and we will match the price.

Which items does price match?

The item must be identical, including model number, components and U.S. warranty from an authorized retailer. We do not price match eBay, items sold on Amazon that are not sold by Amazon, any non US based sites, or auction site items.

Which items and services aren’t available for price match?

We don’t price match our third–party providers’ products, items sold on auction sites or at local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales). We don’t price match taxes and typographical errors.

What if I find a lower price later at your store?

If you find a lower price online or at our store within 30 days we will refund you the difference.

Will you match another company’s price when combined with an instant rebate, mail–in rebate, gift check or gift card, or free or discounted item?

We’ll match another company’s final price after deducting an instant rebate. If another company offers a product that comes with a mail–in rebate, gift check, gift card or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the mail–in rebate, gift check, gift card or equivalent into account. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and we do not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free or discounted item into account.

Are delivery charges included in the price match?

It will depend on whether your order received free shipping, and whether the competitor offers free shipping. If your order qualified for free shipping and the competitor offers free shipping, we will price match the product without considering shipping charges (even if the competitor has a higher minimum order size requirement to qualify for free shipping, or longer delivery times).If your order qualified for free shipping and the competitor does not offer free shipping, we will include an appropriate shipping charge in the competitor’s price before price matching.

If your order did not qualify for free shipping and the competitor offers free shipping but the product does not qualify for such free shipping, or does not offer free shipping, we will include shipping charges on both products before price matching.

Are quantities limited on price–matched products?

We may limit the quantities of price–matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.

Restrictions

We reserve the right to not price match particular items at our discretion. We reserve the right to verify all price matches.
